What we collect

Flowix can be used locally without an account. A Flowix account is required only if you enable optional cloud sync:

  • The local app requires no sign-up, email address, or phone number
  • Notes you keep local stay on your computer and are not uploaded to Flowix servers
  • The local app sends AI requests directly to the agent or model provider you configure
  • If you enable cloud sync, we store the account information needed to provide the service and the notes you choose to sync

What we store

If you do not enable cloud sync:

  • User data (notes): local to your device only
  • App configuration (theme, shortcuts, etc.): local to your device only
  • Crash logs: off by default; if you manually enable them, logs are saved locally and never auto-uploaded

Third-party services

When you actively call an AI agent, the local app sends the request directly to the agent or model provider you configured (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). Their terms and privacy policies apply, and Flowix cannot see the content you send. Optional cloud sync uses Flowix servers only for account data and notes you choose to sync.

Website access

The Flowix website is pure static HTML - no third-party analytics scripts, no cookies, no tracking pixels. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare's own access logs (IP / UA) are auto-deleted after 30 days and used only for security and capacity planning.
